Thank You CentriKid Staff – Happy Labor Day

Happy Labor Day from CentriKid Camps! Many of you today are likely spending time with family and friends, barbecuing, or maybe taking advantage of your last opportunity to swim at the pool. In modern America, Labor Day basically signals the end of summer and the coming of fall. The holiday was originally created, though, to honor and recognize the hard work and achievements of American workers. Today, we want to offer a special thanks to all of our CentriKid staffers that work so hard each and every year.

Throughout the year, our office team works hard to create a quality camp program that is kid-friendly and rooted in Scripture. We want kids to have fun at recreation, make meaningful connections in Bible study, and truly encounter the living God in worship, so we spend a good deal of our time developing this material. At the end of the day, though, we know that what truly makes our camp stand out is our all-star staff.

CentriKid staffers are some of the hardest workers around. They wake up early, they go to bed late, and every day they exert more energy than a herd of antelope being chased by a hungry lion. We believe that life-change happens best in the context of a relationship, so CK staff work hard to build meaningful relationships with kids at camp by doing things like calling kids by name, sitting and talking with them at meals, and spending time with them during hang time. They also go above and beyond to host and serve all the churches that attend our camp. Every CentriKid staffer makes it his or her personal mission to ensure that no one leaves camp without having a life-changing encounter with Christ, and we are so humbled by the way that God uses their lives to impact the Kingdom.

CentriKid StaffersCentriKid staff, thank you for all your hard work and dedication. Because of your willingness to serve the Lord and your faithfulness to proclaim the message, hundreds of kids that began this summer dead in their sins now have life in Christ, and countless others left camp with a greater love for their Savior. We could not make this ministry happen without you.

Church leaders, leave a comment and tell us about an all-star CentriKid staffer that made an impact on your group.
