Trust is easy to get, but hard to get back. Lance has some great insight on this, definitely worth the read!
Children’s ministers love to play, and need to play. Sometimes they just don’t know it. When’s the last time you ran around for fun? chased somebody? laughed really hard? learned a new game?

Manual labor can make a hard worker out of almost anyone. The team that works hard together appreciates each other’s hard work so much more.
Turn any task into a game or competition, and kids (or adults) will have 100% more fun. Laughter will ensue. Take, for example, the manual labor mentioned above… who EVER thought that loading a 26′ truck would become one of the most treasured aspects of camp staff? But it did!
