Promotional Video: Download the Promo Video (21 seconds) and find a time to show it to parents in “big church” and kids in the kids ministry. You can even send it out in an email and post it on your church website.
Posters: Provided are two different Day Camp Posters with space to write details about camp and hang up in your Kid’s Ministry area or main hallways to promote camp at your church – you’ll want to make sure parents schedule times for their kids to go to camp before their summer calendars fill up.
Flyers: Flyers are a great way to get the word out about camp in your community! If you would like to partner with another church and have them sign their kids up for your camp, you can print out these flyers and deliver them to the other churches in the area to pass out. Make sure to include your contact info so parents can reach you if they have questions. You can also pass them out in neighborhoods near your church to invite kids who are nearby in the community.
Postcards: A great resource to get kids in on inviting others to camp! On a Sunday, pass out several postcards to each kid (or parent) as they leave. Challenge the kids to pass out each postcard to a friend at school or an after school activity! Let them know they can always come back the next week for more.
Stickers: Make sure to stick a “Sign me up for CentriKid” sticker on every child as they are leaving Church on a Sunday or Wednesday night. If you need more stickers we have a template that you can use to create and print endless stickers to give to friends along with the postcards!
Social Media: On the Day Camp Promotional page we have a few resources for you to use when promoting camp via Social Media. There are several Share Squares for social media sites like Facebook and Instagram. We also are including the CentriKid Day Camp logo as well as the “All Access” logo that you can attach to emails, use as headers, or create your own posts.
Movie Night: Here is a free and easy way to promote camp! Hold a movie night at your church where you can either play a fun movie of your choice or you can find all of our Peach videos from camp HERE. Before the movie begins make sure you make an announcement about camp, talk about the importance of an “All Access Pass” to go behind-the-scenes, share the theme verse for this upcoming summer, pass out the bulletin inserts/flyers/stickers, and enjoy the show!
