Forms needed for camp:
(some locations require additional forms, check Group Leader Information on your Camp Location page)
- Participant Form (must be notarized for every adult and kid at camp)
- Church Agreement (required for each church, completed by the Group Leader)
- Child Protection Training (certificate of completion for each adult)
- Participant List (names, grades, & details for each attendee, submitted via Google Sheets, due before camp to prepare housing)

- $60/camper non-refundable deposits are required for registrations after February 15th. Here are the registration policy details.
