Group Leader FAQs
We are planning to run camps this summer, but safety is our priority. If we cancel the event, we will offer refunds. Please refer to our financial policies for further clarity.
If a camper requires medical attention while at camp, the camper is responsible for the cost. If the camper does not have insurance the sponsoring church will be the financially responsible party.
At Hang Time, we want you to hang out with your kids, and we want to hang out with your kids, too! There are always games and various other Hang Time options planned, so there is never a dull moment! Most locations have a rec center and/or snack bar so be sure to bring some extra cash for snacks. Of course, the Camp Store is open and there are staff all over campus to hang out and get to know your kids.
This depends on the location your group will be attending. The majority of locations are 2–4 bedroom dorm rooms with shared bathrooms or bath on the hall. Be sure to check out your group’s location page for more specific information!
